Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass: general terms and privacy

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest
Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the
decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the
entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00
on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil”
network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium,
appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above
decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association
of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the
additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of
the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect this website against automated access and misuse, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA v3 analyzes the behavior of website visitors in the background in order to determine whether the use is carried out by a human or by automated programs. The analysis is carried out fully automatically and without any visible user interaction. In this context, technical access data such as the IP address, information about the browser and device used, mouse movements, scrolling behavior, time spent on the website, referrer URL, as well as the date and time of access may be processed.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting the website, the form functionalities and the technical infrastructure against spam, misuse and automated attacks.
Google processes the data exclusively within the framework of data processing on behalf of the controller and solely for the purpose of providing and securing the reCAPTCHA service. The data is not processed by Google for its own purposes.
reCAPTCHA is technically necessary and therefore cannot be deactivated. For this reason, it is not controlled via the cookie banner.

Bookings / inquiries

Data from booking or rental inquiries is processed solely to handle the request.

Privacy – Guest Pass

The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent.
