Prices are per person per night for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
There is a surcharge of €6.00 per person per night for stays of under 3 nights.
The price is plus local tax of 2,90 € per night and person over the age of 14.
B&B = bed and breakfast HP = half board
General terms and conditions
Your room/suite/apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and let your holiday begin.
We kindly ask guests to vacate the rooms by 11 am on the day of departure.
A cot is available on request.
Reductions for children in their parents' room:
0 - 2 years: €15.00 per night
2 - 7 years: -50%
7 - 13 years: -30%
13 - 17 years: -20%
Dogs are permitted by arrangement.
Price: €15.00 per night without food.
Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
The dining rooms and other rooms are also no-smoking rooms.
You are welcome to smoke on the sun terrace or in the hotel smoking room.
In order to make reservations, we ask for a deposit of 30%.
We accept credit and debit cards, cash or bank transfers in advance.
EU citizens may make cash payments up to a maximum of €2,999.00. Non-EU citizens may pay higher amounts in cash.
In the event of early departure or a no-show, 100% of the booked services will be charged.
- Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival is free of charge.
- In the event of cancellation between 20 and 4 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the booked price.
- In the event of cancellation 3 days before arrival, or a no-show we will charge 100% of the booked price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full price.
As a special service and in order to save costs, we offer you cancellation protection.
Upon arrival, you will receive the MobilCard, that is already included in the local tax:
This card gives you an environmentally-friendly way to travel to the ski slopes or to go hiking or shopping. With the MobilCard you can use all public transport, buses and trains, free of charge during your stay.
You can purchase the Gardena Card for 3 or 6 consecutive days directly at the hotel.
